Vaniyambadi Muslim Educational Society
Inspired by Sir Syed Ahmed Khan’s Education Movement, The Vaniyambadi Muslim Educational Society was established in 1901, soon after the Fifteenth Annual Session of the All-India Mohammedan Educational Conference at Madras. Janab Moulvi Moudu Mohammed Ibrahim Sahib, along with Janab Malayalam Ameenuddin Sahib, Janab Sailappai Abdul Khader Sahib and Janab Vavanghani Mohammed Ebrahim Sahib played pivotal role in founding the Society. With their untiring efforts, the Society started Islamiah School in 1903. It was recognised by the Government the same year.
